Can Tight Pants Cause Sciatica?

Wearing tight pants itself doesn’t directly cause sciatica. - Posture and Alignment: Wearing tight pants may alter your posture, causing misalignment or putting strain on the lower back and pelvis. Poor posture can contribute to sciatic nerve irritation or compression, leading to discomfort or exacerbating existing symptoms.
