Coronavirus is also known as COVID-19, they are a group of viruses that cause diseases in mammals and birds. We all know present corona virus is caused due to BATS. Bats are the only mammal that can fly, scientists says that bats are the carriers for all the viruses which spread in large numbers from one community over a wide area.
Generally,in humans virus is killed by raising body temperature known as fever. When come to corona virus fever can’t kill the virus by high body temperature.
Symptoms Of COVID-19:
Coronavirus attack respiratory system in the human beings. Infections may occur mild at the first stage by common symptoms like cold, fever and sore throat or pain. Coronavirus risk factors are different from other viruses, it can kill the humans.
As the corona virus attack respiratory system, humans may cause pneumonia and bronchitis.
People may be sick with the virus for 1 to 14 days before developing symptoms. The most common symptoms of coronavirus disease are cold, fever, tiredness, and dry cough. Most people about 80% are recovering from the disease without needing special treatment.
Corona attack old age people and children under 10 years age because generally they have less immunity. Virus can sometimes become fatal and leads to death, people with other medical conditions such as asthma, diabetes, or heart disease, may be more vulnerable to becoming severely ill.
- Cold and Dry cough.
- Fever.
- Trouble in breathing.
- Pain in chest.
- Bluish face or Lips.
Prevention:
- Wash your hands upto elbow with alcoholic sanitizers.
- Maintain social distance about 3 meters.
- Cover your nose and mouth with a mask.
- Sneeze at your elbow.
- Stay home.
Coronavirus will spread easy from infected person. It is easily attacked to those who having pure health and some diseases. So, maintaining high immunity power can reduce the risk of coronavirus.
The best way to prevent coronavirus is to Protect yourself and others from infection by washing your hands or using an alcohol based rub frequently and not touching your face.
It also spreads primarily through droplets of saliva or discharge from the nose when an infected person coughs or sneezes. So, it is good to sneeze at the elbow.
Wash your hands with alcoholic sanitizers for at least 20 sec. When you go outside cover your mount with a mask and also clean your house with alcohol based cleaners.
Mask can avoid direct entering of coronavirus to the lungs, as it effect only the lungs.
Drink more water, through that even though you are attacked with virus, virus directly enter stomach by drinking water very often.
Nutritional Aspects To Prevent Coronavirus:
Before taking the food wash your hands. Wash raw vegetables and fruits don’t eat them raw. After touching the meat, poultry, fish and eggs wash your hands with alcoholic sanitizer.
Non-veg items should be cooked properly to kill the virus. Don’t eat batters or flours as they may contain E.coli.
As all the viruses are dependent on the immunity. We should always be healthy by boosting your immunity system.

Citrus Fruits: Citrus fruits boosts your immunity,as they contain vitamin C. Vitamin C is thought to increase the production of white blood cells. These are key to fighting infections.

Broccoli: It is packed with many minerals and Packed with vitamins A, C, and E, as well as many other antioxidants and fiber.

Papaya: Papaya is another fruit loaded with vitamin C. You can find 224 percent of the daily recommended amount of vitamin C in a single papaya. Papayas also have a digestive enzyme called papain that has anti-inflammatory effects.
Turmeric: It is an anti-inflammatory in treating both osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis. Turmeric contains high concentrations of curcumin.
