How To Prevent CoronaVirus By Improving Diet

Coronavirus was declared as a global pandemic by the World Health Organization. As the covid-19 is spreading very fast all over the world. Its mandatory to take care about our health to prevent by attacking from virus. Staying healthy is possible by daily healthy diet and exercise.
There are some key measures to fight against the virus. While it is becoming crucial we have to wash our hands by returning home. Avoid physical contacts and don’t travel more in public places. If you have travelled by public transport, Use an alcohol sanitizer. If you are in the public wear a mouth mask and cover your hands with gloves. Avoid touching face with hands until you wash with alcoholic sanitizer.
Individuals in certain pre-existing illnesses like diabetes, hypertension, cardio vascular disease, and respiratory issues are at a higher risk of Covid-19. It also associate with age as the general immunity reduces as you get older. To increase your immunity you have to stop smoking.
To improve our dietary habits we have to take balanced diet. At first we have to follow some precautions while purchasing and cooking the food.
Here are some tips to increase or improve your immune system.
Balanced Diet
Food we take plays a vital role in maintaining good health and boosting our immunity. All we have to do is to maintain balanced food with all required nutrients. Eat limited food, food portion is very important to maintain good health.
Eat low carb diets, as this will help control high blood sugar and blood pressure. As low carbs will help slow down diabetes. Instead take high protein diets to maintain muscle
Regularly consume vegetables and fruits rich in Beta carotene, Ascorbic acid & other essential vitamins. Certain foods like carrots, mushrooms, tomato, bell pepper and green vegetables like broccoli.
Take Omega 3 & 6 fatty acids rich foods such as fish, soya beans, meat, fish, poultry, nuts and seeds, corn and sunflower oil. Spinach also help us against infections.
Take probiotics like curd, yogurt which contain natural bacteria that are helpful to kills unwanted microorganisms in the gut. Other immunity boosters are mentioned in previous article like ginger, garlic, cloves, turmeric etc.
Stay Hydrated
As we know 70% of our body consists of water, it is very important to rehydrate by drinking lots of water. Drink up to 8-10 glasses of water every day. Water helps to remove toxic substances from the body. By flushing out toxins we can lower the risk of flu.
If you feel difficult to drink water, you can replace water by drinking coconut water, lemon water, other juices or moisture fruits like citrus fruits , watermelon etc.
Regular Exercise
A good diet should be followed by regular exercise. Exercise also release some toxins from the body. You need not to do heavy workouts, light routine exercise is enough. It is recommended to exercise for at least 30 mins based on your strength.
Regular exercise improves metabolism, which has a direct correlation with body immunity. Blood circulation is also increased by daily exercises.
Sleep well
Sleep is a best way to reduce all our stress. 7-8 hours sleep is necessary to maintain good health. If you lack sufficient sleep your body function may not work properly. Lack of sleep adversely affects the action of the flu vaccine.
Important Tips
Don’t be stressed that make your actives levels low. So, distress yourself. Keep your home and surrounding clean. Avoid smoking, alcohol and drug additives as they weakens your body and infect respiratory system. As the respiratory cells can fight against virus. Remember to sanitize each time you touch a surface. Avoid unnecessary travellings and outings. Maintain social distance while buying groceries.
