- Good Posture: Maintain proper posture while sitting and standing to reduce strain on the tailbone.
- Avoid Prolonged Sitting: Take frequent breaks from sitting, and if possible, use a standing desk or ergonomic chair to reduce pressure on the tailbone.
- Physical Therapy: Consider seeing a physical therapist for tailored exercises and treatments to strengthen muscles and improve mobility.
- Epsom Salt Bath: Soaking in a warm bath with Epsom salt can help relax muscles and relieve pain.
- Rest: Avoid activities that exacerbate the pain and give your tailbone time to heal.
