Moringa oleifera is a scientific name of Drumstick, is a fast-growing, drought-resistant tree of the family Moringaceae, native to tropical and subtropical regions of South Asia. It contains many nutritional facts and many health benefits. Common names include moringa, drumstick tree, horseradish tree and ben oil tree or benzolive tree. Drumstick is one of those rare plant species whose seeds, flowers, leaves, and stems are edible and extremely nutritious.
