Oats are the type of cereal grains which is used as a staple food in many places. We generally consume processed oats because oats are not directly obtained from the seed. First, groat oats are turned into oats bran, then rolled oats are obtained, at last by the completion of total processing we get instant oats. Oats are a whole-grain food.
Oats are having many benefits, it is also a gluten free cereal. They are good source of important vitamins, minerals, fiber and antioxidants. Oats can helps to reduce and manage many health problems.

Oats are a good source of carbs and fiber (beta-glucan). They also contain vitamins, minerals and more protein and fat than most grains.
Some antioxidants present in oats may help lower blood pressure levels by increasing the production of nitric oxide. As oats are rich in fiber, it helps to feel full longer, reduce constipation, blood sugar levels and remove bad cholesterol
Oats can also play a vital role in weight loss. People who are obese can undoubtedly start taking oats every day. Oats also contain low calories.
