What is Green Chutney?

How to make oil and sugar free green chutney?

  • Firstly, wash the green leaves and dry them with a cloth.
  • Take a blender jar, add all the greens (coriander leaves, mint leaves, drumstick leaves, basil leaves and curry leaves).
  • Now add green chillies, shallots, ginger, garlic, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, salt and lemon.
  • Blend it until it attains smooth texture, without adding water.
  • Transfer it into a air tight container and can be stored upto 2 weeks.
