What is Green Chutney?
Green chutney is appetizing chutney made with mint, coriander, garlic, ginger and cumin. It is one of the most basic chutney that is eaten with all kinds of Indian snacks, chats and sandwiches and roti’s etc. The unique aroma of this chutney enhances the taste and flavour of the snack.
Generally green chutney is made of coriander and mint leaves. But here we are going to add health beneficial, medicinal beneficial ingredients, which also helps in weight loss and thyroid. It is a low calorie chutney and weight loss friendly. This is also good for kids.

How to make oil and sugar free green chutney?
- Firstly, wash the green leaves and dry them with a cloth.
- Take a blender jar, add all the greens (coriander leaves, mint leaves, drumstick leaves, basil leaves and curry leaves).
- Now add green chillies, shallots, ginger, garlic, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, salt and lemon.
- Blend it until it attains smooth texture, without adding water.
- Transfer it into a air tight container and can be stored upto 2 weeks.
