6 Summer Refreshing Smoothies

As summer is very hot, we have to refresh our mood and body with some summer refreshing smoothies. These smoothies also increase your metabolism and keeps you healthy and this summer very cool.
1. Apple Cucumber Smoothie
Ingredients
- Apple- 1/2 cup
- Cucumber- 1/2 cup
- Mint Leaves- 1/4th cup
- Honey- 1/2 tbsp
Procedure
Add all these ingredients into a mixer and blend it finely. You can also add some avocados if you want. Add some ice cubes into the smoothie and serve it.
2. Strawberry Banana Smoothie
Ingredients
- Strawberries- 1/2 cup
- Banana- 1/2 cup
- Milk- 1/2 cup
- Yogurt- 1 cup
Procedure
First add milk and yogurt into the mixer, then add strawberries and banana. Blend all these ingredients and serve it cool.
3. Mango Smoothie
This super creamy and refreshing mango smoothie is the ultimate summertime smoothie, just perfect to cool you down on a hot summer day.
Ingredients
- Milk- 1/2 cup
- Frozen Mango- 3 cups
- Frozen Banana- 1
- Greek Yogurt- 1/2 cup
Procedure
Add all these ingredients one by one in a mixer and blend it finely. Frozen Banana gives the flavour of ice cream. The total mango smoothie tastes like custard pudding. It is a very healthy recipe. You can also use fresh mango and banana by adding ice cubes. As the mango and banana are sweeter in taste, no sweetners are added. You can also add other milk instead of dairy products.
4. Dry fruits and Banana Smoothie
Ingredients
- Seedless Dates- 5
- Almonds- 5
- Cashews- 5
- Pistachios- 5
- Raisins- 5
- Banana- 1
- Honey- 1 tbsp
- Cold Milk- 1 cup
Procedure
Add all these dry fruits into warm water and soak them for 15 minutes. After that add soaked dry fruits, banana, honey and cold milk into a mixer. Blend it for 3 mins, thats it dry fruit banana smoothie is ready to serve. This is a great combination, everyone likes dry fruits and nuts.
5. Chocolate Banana Smoothie
Ingredients
- Banana- 1
- Cocoa Powder- 2 tbsp
- Honey- 1 tbsp
- Cold Milk- 1 cup
- Vanilla Extract- 1 tsp
Procedure
Add all these ingredients into a mixer and blend it finely. Cocoa powder gives a fantastic chocolate flavour and vanilla extract gives nice aroma and flavour. Whoever don’t like chocolate flavour, so this is a best recipe for chocolate lovers.
6. Triple Berry Smoothie
Ingredients
- Banana- 1
- Frozen Strawberries- 1 cup
- Frozen Black Berries- 1 cup
- Frozen Raspberries- 1 cup
- Greek Yogurt- 1/2 cup
Procedure
In a blender, add all these ingredients and blend until smooth. Serve with your favourite toppings. This really tastes amazing because here we combined 3 types of berries. You can make your smoothies with your favourite fruit or berries.
