8 Important Summer Tips

Summer is back again, the temperature is raising day by day. All of us are feeling suffocated and afraid to roam on roads especially at noon times. If summer starts, hydration is a very common from infants to old. People get more sweating in summer, due to sweat many skin problems also arise like itching, rashes etc.
These summer rashes occurs when the skin’s sweat glands are blocked and the sweat produced cannot get to the surface of the skin to evaporate. Other common problems like tan, sun burns, pimples, heat rashes, blemishes are also seen in summer. So, to look clean and fresh, you should follow some summer tips for your skin.
Remedies For Fresh and Glowing Skin In Summer
1. Take a warmth shower:
A warmth shower after excess sweating helps keep you cool in summer which leads to increase blood flow. Due to warmth shower, the skin unblocked which decreases acne breakouts. Make sure you should not take very hot or cold baths in summer. Hygiene is very important in any season, its better to take bath twice a day.
2. Stay hydrated:
We all know that, the skin is the largest organ in our body and needs to be kept hydrated all the time by taking about 8 to 12 glasses of water per a day. It helps to sooth your skin, reduce skin drying and prevent hydration during summer.
3. Take your vitamin C & antioxidants:
Collagen is the supportive tissue of the skin that helps the skin keep healthy, firm and strong. But to maintain collagen, vitamin C is responsible. So, take your vitamin C daily by consuming oranges, lemon, green leafy vegetables etc.
Other Antioxidants protect the body from many harmful effects. We found the most powerful antioxidant resveratrol in grapes which can reduce redness in summer. Many other fruits like watermelon, berries, pecans, beets and carrots etc.
4. Protect your skin from sun:
Exposure to direct sun may damage your skin by forming wrinkles, dark spots or patches and make uneven skin pigments. So, use sunscreens frequently with SPF (Sun Protection Factors) of at least 30 which blocks about 93% of UV rays.
5. Care your pout / lips:
Sunlight dries your pout as it has very sensitive tissue. To keep your lips look beautiful and smooth, apply nice textured lip balms. You can also apply natural products like coconut oil, ghee, honey etc. These prevent your lips from cracking (chapping).
6. Protect your eyes:
Protect your eyes by wearing sunglasses and hats, applying sunscreen around your eyes etc. Use best face masks or home made masks. Cover your eyes with cucumber, tomatoes.
7. Sip your refreshing drinks:
Dehydration occur due to loss of water from the body. We all know that water is the important component that is filled all over the body. So, to keep our body hydrated all the time we have to drink some hydrating juices. Have some drinks like lemon water, chia seeds water, coconut water etc.
8. Exfoliate your skin:
We have to repair our dead skin cells, because these may damage skin texture. But it is better to use natural home remedies rather than chemical products like coffee, cinnamon, baking soda, oatmeal etc.
