 Coronavirus was declared as a global pandemic by the World Health Organization. As the covid-19 is spreading very fast all over the world. Its mandatory to take care about our health to prevent by attacking from virus. Staying healthy is possible by daily healthy diet and exercise.

There are some key measures to fight against the virus. While it is becoming crucial we have to wash our hands by returning home. Avoid physical contacts and don’t travel more in public places. Stay Hydrated
