What Foods That we Been Eating Wrong?

In our daily life, we would like to eat many foods according to your choices. Some foods contains rind, seeds, stems, leaves etc, in such cases not all the foods are eaten along with all of them. There are some non-edibles parts in some foods. Without knowing the correct way to eat, you could not eat any food as it may harm you. Here, we are going to discuss about some foods that you have been eating wrong all over the life.
There might be a lot of food items which make you think why are they so difficult to eat. We can’t enjoy some foods, because they could be with weird stem, odd colour, texture, shapes and seeds etc. But yes, there are some ways to eat these type of foods also. In this article, we are knowing some interesting things that we do in our life with the following foods.
1. Tomato
Tomatoes are used in our daily routine because a dish without tomato is incomplete for some people. Many like raw tomatoes to eat. But eating raw tomatoes have less benefit while compared to cooked ones. As tomato is rich in lycopene, its benefits are enhanced by cooking. Moreover lycopene protects against tumors and heart disease. Nutrients are increased while heating tomatoes.
2. Banana
Many people like banana and add them into their daily diet. Interesting thing that many people doesn’t know is that, we can also consume banana peel but it doesn’t mean to eat. If you feel odd and hard to stomach to eat banana peel, no problem. Banana peel is used in many cuisines also. It is very nutritious as it is rich in fiber, potassium and essential amino acids. Add banana in oatmeal and any breakfast cereals.
Sprinkle some honey on banana, which helps a lot in weight loss.
3. Boiled Eggs
Its somewhat hard to separate the egg shell and the white. Sometimes we may face problem while breaking the shell. So, to get rid of that problem get add a pinch of baking soda to the water while boiling the eggs. This makes easy to separate the egg shells. Baking soda is alkaline in nature which helps in loosening the bond between the egg whites and the shell.
4. Kiwi
We all know that kiwi contains harder outer shell. It is not good to eat because it contains a high concentration of nutrients including folate, and vitamin E. Consume it as a whole and increase the fiber, vitamin E, and folate by 30-50%. Really, it’s hard to peel the skin of the whole kiwi, you can save your time by grabbing all the fresh out of the kiwi with a spoon without peeling the skin.
5. Strawberry
We all know that, strawberries contains a green stem with leaves, you don’t need to cut the stem by loosing out on half the fruit. To eat it in easy way, take a hollow straw and push it through the bottom to the top. Then the extra part waste part of it is removed and its a feast to you.
6. Orange
Are you tired of peeling the outer skin of the orange? Then try this method, to make easy and time saving.
Firstly, you cut off the top and the bottom of the orange. After that you cut the 3 side of orange peel up to the centre without indulging into fruit. Then, the peel opens to reveal all the juicy segments inside the orange. Eat and enjoy.
7. Mango
We all wait for summer season only for sweetness overloaded mangoes. They are very tempting, but it make us waiting to peel it neatly. So, to avoid waiting some of the hacks should be followed to eat juicy mango. Cut the mango into slices separating the big seed. After that, take a glass and slide the each piece into that by removing the peel so easily. Thus, you can enjoy king of fruits.
8. Pomegranate
Pomegranate is one the time taking fruit which put pressure on our fingers. Many people avoid this fruit because of this reason. So, to save your fingers and time, cut the top and bottom peel roundly. Next, cut the fruit into 4 halves with out damaging the seeds. Then easily remove the outer peel, now take a wooden spoon and grab all the seeds gently into the bowl. That’s it, a very simplest method to have healthy life and glowing skin.
